![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: Hello. My husband was told he had a low blood count. Doctor said to take ferrous sulfate. I bought him iron pills with the equal amount to the ferrous sulfate. Is this okay or should I get the ferrous sulfate pills.
Brief Answer:
Hello. Ferrous sulphate only should be taken
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I understand your concern. I will advise you to get only ferrous sulphate pills and nothing else as it is a standard one and better tolerated.
Take tablet with meals and not empty stomach.
Thanks and regards
