Brief Answer:
Could be due to vitamin B12 and/or iron deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Mouth ulcers can sometimes be caused due to vitamin B12 or iron deficiency which can often be encountered in liver issues. Taking vitamin B12 (methylcobalamine capsule 1500 mcg once daily) and iron (ferrous sulphate tablets) supplements should help.

The amount of vitamin B12 in a multivitamin is much less and might not suffice.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Only indirect contribution

Detailed Answer:
Fatty liver only has an indirect contribution. The liver has a role in absorption and processing of B vitamins. But there is no direct contribution.

You need to use Candid mouth paint (clotrimazole) for the oral thrush. It indicates a depressed immunity.
