Can HIV And Hepatitis Be Transmitted Without Having Penetrative Intercourse?

Brief Answer:
If sore is not bleeding then negligible risk
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in details.
If there is a small sore on your finger with active bleeding at the time of fingering then there is small risk about 1 in 10000. If there is no bleeding then the risk is almost negligible. Please do not worry if your sore is too small to bleed.
Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

I really don't think it could have been bleeding but if it was ever so slightly you think the chances are very slim still?
Brief Answer:
Risks only if actively bleeding
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writingback with an update.
If it was bleeding actively like blood flowing down your finger then the slim risk persists. Otherwise the chances are almost nil
