Brief Answer:
Injury through teeth of Parkinson patient does not cause HIV when free from HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
Thanks for posting your query.

AIDS is known to human kind for the past 36 years only. Parkinson's disease is present and known to humankind very long back.

AIDS is caused by human immunodeficiency virus whereas Parkinson's disease is neither an infectious disease nor caused by any microorganism.

When the Parkinson's disease patient is free from HIV, injury caused by his/her teeth can never be able to transmit HIV infection.

Even if we consider him/her an HIV positive patient, transmission of HIV infection through an injury caused by his/her teeth is a remote and just a negligible possibility.
