Can HIV Be Contracted Through A Wound Coming In Contact With Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question: Hello, this wednesday, I had an encounter with a male of unknown hiv status. I started masturbating him, he did not ejaculate. My concern is that in the morning, 4 hours prior to my encounter, my cat scratched my hand and there was a cut with no blood. I do not know if I had pre cum in my cut from this guy. I did not see or reccal any blood from him.
What are my chances of acquiring hiv from this experience ? Thanks G

Brief Answer:
No risk for HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
HIV is not transmitted by masturbating the partner of unknown status as there was no penetration of any kind and no contact with any of infectious fluid so the chances of getting HIV are not there. If still any doubt is there feel free to ask me any time.
Thank You

It is very low risk exposure.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welocme back and thanks for follow-up.
If he has ejaculated and the cut came in contact with his precum then also it is considered very low risk exposure so don't get worried and be relaxed.
