Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the description and checked the attached image. Unless a significant amount of blood and body fluids of the stranger has been spilt on your wound, I do not think that you need to worry about HIV transmission.

Dear doc,
Is it minor scretch?
Is it minor scretch?
Brief Answer:
It is a minor injury
Detailed Answer:
It is a minor injury. The fluid oozing is called serum. When a temporary scab has already formed over the wound, the bleeding is stopped and some amount of serum comes out before it stops totally. You need not worry about it.
