Can HIV Be Contracted Through Frottage And Contact Of Bodily Fluids On Clothing?

From 2013 till recently I visited sleazy massage parlours almost every month.
Have decided to stop doing such things. I had visited these massage parlours countless times but each time, I did not remove my shirt or pants, never once unzipped my pant, and I only permitted those ladies to stroke and stimulate my genital from the outside – i.e. their hands had never had direct contact with my penis as they were always separated by the pant. I also did not permit them to perform oral sex on me. And absolutely no penetrative sex activities. Nil.
I also had never once touched their vaginas directly and not even touching their vaginas with their panties on.
Only things I did were just touching and squeezing their thighs, legs, faces, hair, buttocks, breasts and nipples. A few times there were liquid discharge from their breasts and I could feel it on my fingers.
I also humped or rubbed against their buttocks with my pants on and totally zipped-up and with their skirt rolled up. While they had their panty on, I would rub my penis (inside my pant) on their butt cheek and anus area (and with their panties on) until I ejaculated. But I ejaculated inside my underwear / pant and only cleaned up when I got back home.
A couple of time these ladies, while still having their panties on, masturbated on my thigh area while I was having my pant on. I am not sure if they did leave some vagina fluid on my pant though.
Based on what I had done for the last three years, my questions are:
1. Any chance that I could have contracted HIV? Well, I did come into contact with their breast discharge with my hands and fingers.
2. Any chance that my family members could have contracted HIV from me by touching those items that I had touched by my hands, or even touched my hand directly that was stained with their breast discharge.
Example, after I had touched and caressed those ladies, I used my XXXXXXX phone and then when I got home, my wife or son used the same XXXXXXX phone that I had touched.
3. Once after the ladies had rubbed her vagina on my pant, after I got home, I dumped my pant into the laundry basket and then after a while I saw my son removing those clothes from my laundry basket and he should had touched that pant. Would he have contracted the HIV this way?
Hello! I have been through your question.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Related your concern I think you shouldn't worry! You don't have any risk of getting HIV in this way (without penetrative activities and without direct contact of your damaged tissue or mucous with her bleeding wounds) and don't have any risk that your family members to have contracted HIV from you by touching those items that you had touched by your hands.
It is known there does not exist any risk to get HIV from other sexual activities that don’t involve the exchange of body fluids (for example, touching) as you have.
HIV does not spread easily, only certain body fluids from a person who has HIV can transmit HIV: blood, semen, pre-seminal fluid, rectal fluids, vaginal fluids and breast milk (only for the breastfeeding children not for adults).
You can get or transmit HIV only through specific activities, most commonly through sexual behaviors and needle or syringe use.
These body fluids must come into contact with a mucous membrane or damaged tissue or be directly injected into your bloodstream, for transmission to occur and not just vaginal fluids or discharge breast contact with your hand (without sores or damage) and pant or cellphone.
I have emphasized again based on your above mentioned facts, you and your member family didn't have any kind of contact similar to these and I am sure to say there does not exist any risk to have contracted HIV.
I hope my answer helps you.
