Can HIV Be Contracted Through Infected Needle?

Question: I went to lab for some blood check up in dubai. I have doubt if they have used new venipunture or used one. I am in tense if I can get hiv if they have used used injection to draw my blood. Is it possible to get hiv like This

The equipment they have used I have attached (please see), can this equipment reused ? I heard that some equiptment are designed to used only one time
