Brief Answer:
No reports of HIV transmission by such act.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic. I have gone through the details.

There are no reports of HIV transmission by nail scratches.HIV does not survive in nails or environment. So the possibility of HIV being in nails is nil.
HIV usually does not survive in dried blood. There are environmental factors like air velocity, humidity, temperature etc which will kill virus.
The possibility of dried blood in nails is nil.He has to be exposed to HIV patient blood before coming in contact with you. It is all Unlikely.
So once there is no source there is no possibility of entry of HIV into body, even if the wound bleed.

So allay fears of HIV transmission by these modes.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
