Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

Question: Hello Doctor,

Today i had body massage where i was wearing transparent short like light paper quality.
My massage partner was completly nude and we were rubbing our body with each other and during the process i was fingering her and then i ejaculated.

We comtinued for 2 more minutes.

There was no penetrative sex or any other form of sex,except for body to body rubbing,fingering and lip to lip kissing.

Later we went for jacqusi for sometime and and closed the session.

Should i be worried ? Please help me sir.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had a body massage by a girl where you had close physical intimacy involving body contact,mouth kissing but not intra vaginal penetrative sex or oral sex and ended with ejaculation due to tactile and visual sexual stimulation ans now worried about acquiring any STD or HIV.

At the outset I would state that one acquires any STD or HIV only after having penetrative intra vaginal sex and not otherwise .

Please get relaxed and forget the incidence as a by gone incidence with a precaution that such situation will not happen again in future .
