Can HIV Be Contracted Through Open Wound Coming In Contact With Blood?

Question: I went to the nail salon on April 26. She cut me with the electric razor. Then I noticed that she had a cut under her nail. She then touched my cut with the same finger that she had a cut on. Could I have got hiv from blood to blood contact that way

If both cuts or either of the cuts have healed there is no possibility of transmission of HIV.
Skin is an effective barrier.Healed wound does not transmit HIV.
If there is bleeding wounds in both, then there are minor chances of transmission of HIV.You would have noticed it.
The person may be negative for HIV.
