Brief Answer:
The risk of getting HIV infection is not there.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome to HCM.

You had protected sex with CSW then the risk of getting HIV is obviously not there. As far as leg pain and pimple in right arm is concerned it is mostly due to some other reason for which take some pain killer, consult your local physician, go for some investigations to isolate the cause and take treatment accordingly.

As such no need to get tested for HIV but for your mental satisfaction you can go for HIV RNA PCR or 4th generation test to clear all you doubts otherwise don't get worried about HIV as you are not at risk.

Thank You

Muscle ache is very rare symptoms of Acute Retro-viral Syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Muscle ache is very rare symptom of Acute retro-viral Syndrome as compared to other symptoms like fever, rash, fatigue and sore throat. Take some pain killer for muscle pain and don't think much about HIV as you are not at risk at all.
