Brief Answer:
Not HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I'm sorry this happened.

If the doctor accidentally brushed your mouth with his hand, this isn't a situation where you would have contracted HIV.

And if there were a situation where you would have contracted HIV such as unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse, you would not feel symptoms immediately.

Most likely the symptoms you are feeling right now are from panic.

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
By subjective, I mean that you are experiencing it. You asked whether it was fact or opinion, and I am responding that if you experience it, then it is a real thing for you.

If you were totally fine before this incident, then the symptoms you are having now are from anxiety for worrying that something bad happened.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

None of this would happen in the first day.

Early symptoms of HIV are feeling like you have flu, fevers, then sometimes chronic diarrhea.

Pins and needles sensation can happen when a person is anxious and due to some hyperventilation (even if you aren't aware of it) can change the amount of carbon dioxide in your system.

Anxiety can cause nausea and flushing too.

Now about what would happen if a tiny bit of the doctor's blood got into your mouth, most likely your stomach acid would kill most things. I very much doubt that the doctor has HIV, but you can always ask him.

You might also want to talk with him about anti anxiety medication so that you feel better. Have you talked with him about this in the past?
