Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Oral Sex?

Question: I had as unprotected oral (Giving partner i.e received a blowjob) from a strip club dancer and not did do cunnilingus, but she rubbed my penis with her vagina while sitting on my lap. This happened 4 days back
I am now terribly scared of contracting HIV or other STDs. However the girl insisted that she disease free. Still I am worried and planning to take a HIV RNA test next week. Please advice if it will be accurate result?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for posting your query
Unprotected oral sex carries a low risk for HIV. Touching the penis to vagina during sitting over your lap, was also has negligible risk. whether she was with her panties?
Any how test for HIV is recommended. HIV PCR becomes more conclusive after 4 weeks after the high risk contact.

However, the woman I met is a nurse and work as a part timer in a strip club. She says she is not affected with any STDs and can show the certificate from her doctor she took last month
However, My concern is if she had contracted any HIV recently in the last one month, even though i never had any penetrative sex except rubbing of each other genetals, not sure if her vagina had contact with my urethra and insertive oral, Will it transmit HIVs?

Brief Answer:
She could be in widow period during test or had exposure after test
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Insertive oral has a very minimal risk for HIV.
Regarding STD --- They are nearly more than 30 in number. All can not be tested with tests in laboratory. Some have to be diagnosed by examination only. So the certificate of nil STD can not be taken as an absolute one.
Moreover as you had mentioned that how long back she had been issued that certificate. Her last sexual exposure before the test (window period), and after the test have to be assessed to know her HIV/STD status.
Testing ourselves with appropriate tests and an examination by an expert only would rule out STD/HIV.
