How Reliable Is PCR-RNA Test After 14 Days Of Completion Of PEP Course?

Hie. I currently am on lamivudine/zidovudine and lepinovir/retinovir PEPcourse. I am currently in my 22nd day of taking the drugs. I took a PCR-RNA test at 10 days of taking course and came out negative. How reliable will be a PCR-RNA test after 14 days of completion of PEP course?

Hello,PCR-RNA test taken after 14 days of exposure is 99% accurate as your report is negative you are not infected with HIV ,but a follow up test should be done after 3 months .
Do continue the PEP course
