Question : Can hiv be transmitted through mutual masturbation . I masturbated a guy and few minutes later I started masturbated myself with the same hand am I a risk for hiv if his pre-cum got in my hand. I am also afraid of contracting hiv because two weeks ago a guy was sucking my nipples and I felt his teeth but my skin was not broken. What are my risks of hiv from these incidents?

Though the risk is very less but yes there is a risk of HIV transmission from his pre cum but not from he sucking or biting your nipple.

I recommend you to get tested for HIV immediately.

I did not noticed any pre-cum because I only did it briefly . This happened yesterday and the guy told me that he do not have it do you think that I need peep?
What about the fact that there are people who believes that there is not a risk because the virus do not survive outside the body?

If you are very much sure then no need of Testing or PEP. But if you are in doubt then you need to get tested and start Post exposure prophylaxis ( if in case that guy is HIV positive or can't get him tested )
