Question: Sorry to trouble you. I had a risky incident with a Chinese massage lady. She gave me a body to body massage and then I licked her vagina for a few minutes. Earlier that morning, I had a chapped lip which was slightly bleeding but by the time I went to see the massage girl my lip was no longer bleeding. Is there any risk of HIV considering my chapped lip? Thank you. Worried, London, UK.

Hello,

This is non practical way of contracting HIV virus.
First of all you do not know her HIV status.
Since you cannot ask her to test, our experiences with such patients are thus derived.
If the services are costly that means more than the market then most likely she services only a high profile clientele in such case their HIV status is negative.
Second there are no scenarios described in the literature that chapped lip can lead to exchange of body fluids. Even if there is the number of HIV virus particles would be very minimum that our own body defense will eliminate it effectively.
