HIV is not transmitted through the way you had asked for.

Welcome back once again.
Even if the spit contains blood the possibility of transmission of HIV is very very unlikely and I have not come across any such case so don't bother so much as you are not at risk of getting HIV. Be relaxed and move ahead in life happily.

Yeah my question .. I know it can not pentrate skin .. Can it get to my food from my hand ?
Brief Answer:
If it is mixed with your food than also the risk is not there.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Even though the fluid is mixed with your food, you are not at any risk because human saliva is not the fluid which transmits HIV. It also contains enzyme that prevents the growth of HIV so nothing to think upon as you are absolutely safe and risk free.
