Can I Have One Boiled Egg Per Day And Frequency Of Doing Health Checks?
Once again thanks for query to H.C.M. Forum.
Previously I think report was of XXXXXXX XXXXXXX as an old treated case of jaundice.
Nice to see that you are symptom free now.
Any way , now about query no.
1 Yes you can have one egg ( boiled) / day without any problem .
Yellow portion of egg is yolk ( fat) , while white is protein , so safe for you.
2 Boiled egg is safe 100 % ( 10-15 minutes in boiled water).
3 In your case just for precaution after every 2 months till level of folic acid and vitamin B 12 normal .
Get serum bilirubin level after 3 months ( precaution)
4 Noodles are safe as ingredients are refined flour and vitamins .
Flour don't harm liver in any condition.
Alcohol diminishes immunity in liver.
As previously I mentioned that use regularly folic ( iron tablets) acid & vitamin B 12 tablets.
Still there is mild degree deficiency of folic acid in first report as it is 2.3 ng/ml , while normal is more than 5.38 ng/ml . Folic acid tablets will cover this within short period.
R B Cs are approximately normal again body will recover .
About M C V, M C H Red Cell Width Distribution , we have discussed and this will take some time.
However everything is well & good so be tension free.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any doubt I will help.
Good luck for future .

>doubt regarding medicine-physician told to take me to take MECOBAL PLUS FOR BOTH VIT B12 AND FOLIC ACID deficiency but the medical shop gave me MECOFOL PLUS and told me that it is the same,so i want confirmation from ur side
>what is the name of the test for serum bilirubin level.
again thanking u for ur prompt quality reply.
Once again thanks for asking the question.
Yes mecofol plus is same , ingredients are same as we requires( folic acid+ methylcobalamin).
You can use safely.
Test is SERUM BILIRUBIN 1. DIRECT 2. INDIRECT 3. TOTAL.
Normal value is less than 1.0 mg /dl
Direct less than 0.5 mg/dl
Indirect 0.2-0.7 mg/dl.
If they are raised then jaundice is the possible symptoms, we need to investigate further.
