Does Udiliv 300 Has Any Side Effects?

Doctor, I am 36 aged. I am a gilbert patient for more than 20 years. Now in my Liver function test it is seen that, total bilirubin :3.20, Direct:1.50, SGOT 50, SGPT 70, Alkaline Phosphatase 62, Total Protein 6.8, Albumin 4.2, Globulin 2.6, A/G Ratio 1.6:1. Now my doctor adviced to take Udiliv 300 for 30 days. Sir Udiliv 300 is for what? any side effects have it.

Udiliv 300 mg contains ursodeoxycholic acid which is used to treat and prevent gallstones, primary biliary cirrhosis and liver dysfunction associated with cystic fibrosis. Side effects of Udiliv 300 mg are abdominal pain, diarrhea, hair loss, itching, nausea, vomiting, rash, bladder pain, difficult, burning or painful micturition, weakness, dry cough, sticky stool, joint pain, headache, indigestion, bloody and cloudy urine, back pain, dizziness, allergic reactions etc.
