Question : For toe infection for a type 1 Diabetes is Keflex the right medication?
Brief Answer:
Yes it is good
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, keflex is good medication for toe infection. But if the infection doesn't reduce with it then more stronger antibiotics may be started.
May I know if there is pus discharge from infected site. If pus discharge is there then better to get its culture and sensitivity test. Your local physician will know about it.
Hope I have answered your query. If any further query is there I would love to help.
