Thank you so much sir.Can you please suggest that can i take alcohol 2 drinks twice a week if it is not harmful..??
Also I was going to gym for weight loss but yesterday when i went to gym and did some weight lifting and cardio exercises , my heartbeat went very fast or i can say there was a feeling of palpitations . So just wanted to ask whether it is due to cholesterol problem ..??
