Brief Answer:
Coreg -CR may be the culprit
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern. Most blood pressure medications has some amount of side effect in the form of reduced erection. But no any association with ejaculation.
Coreg-CR ( Carvedilol) has more issues in this regard compared to Lisinopril.
If you have no heart issues, and if you are able to climb 2 flights of stairs with out issues, then you may use Viagra or Cialis after consulting your doctor. You must also check with your doctor about changing Coreg-CR
