Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello Doctor,
I'm 29 years old male with 2 children, married since 5 years where in the last 2 years I've used Viagra to overcome stress and make sure proper erection is present after a case of failure. Recenlty, I had some doubts about my erection [Noting that erection still occurs during Viagra active time]. I made a test using PGE1 [20microg] and amazingly it didn't show rigidity it only caused semi rigidity. Noting that I stopped having inter-course about 3 weeks ago and I'm having regular wet dreams.
What could be the cause of that weak response to PGE1 and will Viagra still give the same power, and finally can an impotence patient have wet dreams?
Wet dreams are a physiological reaction of your body and entirely normal. However, their occurrence shows that you have a healthy libido. That’s a hint that your ED problems might be only stress related.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
