Brief Answer:
not likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
It is not likely that Lovenox could cause it. It may cause more black/tarry or redish stool. So the cause can be certain diet (but you've mentioned otherwise though), liver issues or some other medications. Also, galbladder stones, food allergy or IBS may lead to such changes. You should check liver and pancreatic enzymes and get done colonoscopy of symptoms persist.
Wish you good health.
Regards

Dear Dr. Rommstein, My husband reminded me that I was on Dilauded, but also took one extra strength Tylenol one time am and hs; I started the Tylenol on Mon. I stopped the Dilauded two days ago (surgery was last Friday), and have continued the Tylenol until this a.m. I rarely use Tylenol. The surgery cleaned out my crumbled ankle bone; then took my bone marrow, stem cells from my hip and ground it together with cadaver bone.
Screwed it all in with a plate (got rid of the arthritis), and in a hard cast; off my foot for three months.
Many thanks for your time and info - XXXX

Brief Answer:
tylenol and dilaudid possible causes
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
These analgetics may causes changes in colon motility and lead to your symptoms. Also, immobilisation and lack of motility would causes slower feces transit. This is possible cause as well. I dont think there is a reason to be concerned.
