Question : I am taking Lyrica. Have a number of side effects. Stomach swelling, dry mouth, crawling sensation up and down left leg, uncontrollable flatulance.
Lyrica prescribed for sciatic pain down left leg. Also on Tramado for same reason. Rapid weight increase.

I can understand your concerns.

You are having stomach swelling, dry mouth, flatulence and crawling sensation in left leg.

In my opinion, flatulence, dry mouth and stomach swelling are most probably due to tramadol.

Lyrica can cause weight gain.

Anyhow, I think you need some dose adjustments.
Kindly talk to your doctor about this.

Other than this,
Drink lots of water.
Try to engage yourself in some physical activity, as far as your sciatica allows.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
You can take tablet omeprazole for symptomatic improvement.
