Question: I have A-FIB, I have serIOUS ISSUES WITH METOPROLOL, sweats, wheezing, body odor, previously I was taking Atenolol no real issues other than the wheeze, how about Nebivolol,I understand it does not cause wheezing, incidentally I have also been given a nebulizer;I might not need that
Brief Answer:
I recommend you to start low dose of nebivolol...
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!
Sweats, wheezing and dizziness are common side effects of metoprolol which are present but lighter when you are using atenolol.
If you were my patient i would probably recommend you to start low dose of nebivolol. This will help you control HR and atrial fibrillation with a minimum of side effects. Also wheezing is less frequent with nebivolol (compared with other beta blockers) and sweats and dizziness is a rare complications.
Hope this was of help!

Brief Answer:
Yes,Nebivolol can be added to Amiodarone therapy..
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Nebivolol can be added to Amiodarone therapy. So, I advise to start with low dose of Amiodarone. If symptoms are subsided, it is due to Amiodarone use.
Please check again with your cardiologist as the symptoms you are referring to might be related to Amiodarone use.
