Brief Answer:
You can take it with a prescription.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.

NeugabaM contains pregabalin as the active ingredient. This is not a first line analgesic. It is used only in chronic painful conditions resistant to conventional analgesics, and in conditions like pain from diabetic peripheral neuropathy(will not cause back pain),post-herpetic neuralgia etc.
It is prescribed only after considering the present status of any medical conditions patient is having(which may suggest conta-indication or dose adjustment),and any other drugs he is taking simultaneously. And,when given, usually is given in two divided doses.
Your doctor will guide you.

Hope I have cleared your query. If you have further questions,I will be happy to help.
Wishing you a faster cure,Thank you.
