Can Norethisterone Be Taken During Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

Question: I have just got married and I am going on honeymoon next week. I have come off the pill because we want a baby however my period is due. Normally I take norethisterone but what if I become pregnant whilst on my holiday? Will it be safe in the first few days of pregnancy?

Ok so lets just make this clear. I am not pregnant currently. I wanted to take the pills to delay my period for holiday. If i happened to get pregnant whilst on my holiday while i was taking the pills, it would NOT harm the baby? I just want to be sure
