Can Oxybutynin Cause Liver Enzyme Elevation?
Question: can oxybutynin 5mg increase my blood test liver alt sgpt- has never been high till now.
also take levothyroxine .o5 mg and lisinopril 10mg

yes oxybutynin my cause liver parameters to elevate. Also with lisinopril that is possible, but if the oxybutynin is new and it never happened before then oxybutynin is more likely the cause.
In your case i would normally reduce or quit it and control alt and gpt after about 4-6 weeks.
