Why Am I Having Head And Neck Pains?
I have lab results indicating that my blood has 7.1mmol/l.[2.1-6.0]range which is a little bit high.While my blood glucose is 6.3mmol/l[3.0-5.8]range.I have head and neck pains some times i feel like water gushing from the middle of my head down to my shoulders i feel my nerves constricting from head to toe one side including the hand of the affected side

The blood has high hemoglobin. The blood glucose is also high. The symptoms may or may not be related to high viscosity of the blood. They could be related to stress and anxiety. Please take proper sleep, avoid stress and prolonged screen time.
