Can Oxycodone Be Taken Along With Lisinopril, Paxil And Clonazepam?

Question: Started on lisinopril 10mg today because of high blood pressure (165/115) and headache for the last three weeks. I also take paxil 20 mg and clonazepam .5 mg. My headache is the worse that it's been in three weeks and I want to take oxycodone for the pain. Is this combination safe?
Brief Answer:
Combination is not safe
Detailed Answer:
Oxycodone does not go well with Paxil and Clonazepam. They have serious interactions. They cause intense sedation with clonazepam and sometimes respiratory depression.
You have to choose safer alternatives. I feel once the blood pressure comes down the headache should be tolerable.
Please take a local treating doctor opinion before using such combinations.
