Are Stomach Cramps And Low BP Side Effects Of Lisinopril ?

just started Lisinopril a few days ago. I m taking 10mg. The doctor wants me on it because I had some protien in my urine. My bp has dropped lower that normal for me (high 90,s over 60 s.) It will reach low 100 s and 70 s. Id this safe for me. It tends to make me dizzy around dinner time. Then I feel a little better. I am a type 2 diabetic that does not take meds. I have notice that my stomach ( below belly button) feel tender with little cramping. Is this one on the side effects? I am age 54 and about 5 11 and in good health.
