Question: Can I stop PRILOSEC before the 14 days? I have frequent heartburn and Prilosec helps immediately. There was an instance when I had to stop PRILOSEC before 14 days (unrelated illness) and I had no stomach problems for over 3 months so I was wondering if my stomach acted up again if I could just take PRILO for a few days then stop. I only ask because I don't like taking medicine if I don't have to. Thank you in advance.
