I read your query and understood your concerns.

My opinion is that you shouldn't take prochlorperazine for nausea, because prochlorperazine may increase the mortality rates in older patients and it's recommended to be used only under medical control.

If you were my patient I would suggest to take Metoclopramide (Reglan) instead of prochlorperazine. However you should discuss this with your doctor.
