Brief Answer:
Safe during pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
BUt how would a ketoprofen gel cleanse your vagina ?
Why would you need to use it to clean your vagina , it does not make sense.
And yes, it would interfere with the optimum absorption of sperm.
The vagina does not need any special cleansing agent, plain lukewarm water is enough to cleanse it.

Are your cycles regular ?
Have you had any investigations or treatment so far, for being unable to conceive ?
Have you consulted a doctor for this ?
Safe during pregnancy.
