Brief Answer:
They can all be taken together without any real risks of interaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone though your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help.

1. No interactions or risk of taking xanax (alprazolam) and coumadin (warfarin) together; thus considered absolutely safe to do so

2. Provigil (modafinil) and xanax (alprazolam) have minimal or no interactive symptoms are in my opinion are also completely safe to be taken together

3. Provigil (modafinial) and coumadin (warfarin) may require monitoring of your blood coagulation profile due to an enhancement of the warfarin effect caused by provigil, but in most cases this is too small and negligent to be reported to worried about

So in my opinion, overall all these drugs can be taken together without any real causes for concern. I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
