Hello,

provigil may increase the levels of warfarin (the active ingredient of coumadin). Although in most cases no serious interaction has been reported, caution is advised during the first few months of coadministration because there is potential for interaction.

Checking the INR regularly is the best way to make sure that provigil won't affect coumadin.
