Brief Answer:
prozac can cause false positive for these

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Prozac (trade name for medication fluoxetine), can cause false positive results for methamphethamines and amphetamines.

This means that the prozac would cause it to appear as though you were using one of these drugs.

The initial drug tests are screening tests and can be inaccurate.

It can be followed by a more accurate test that would be able to show that the result is not accurate.
This more accurate test is the GC-MS. This stands for gas chromatography- mass spectrometry.

Your doctor or whom ever is conducting the test would be aware of the fact that you use prozac and the risk of a false positive result.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
