Cervical fluid is thick and sticky.
Breasts are swollen, but not unusually so.
No nausea or implant bleeding / ither normal pregnancy symptoms.
UPT is negative, for the last 3 days morning.
I had unprotected sex 1 week ago day 21,22,23 of 27 day cycle.

Brief Answer:
Can take Regestrone to induce periods
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Since you had intercourse in safe period , therefore the chances of pregnancy are very low.
Moreover the urine pregnancy tests are negative indicating that the pregnancy is not there.
Since the delayed periods are likely due to stress or hormonal disturbances, you can take Regestrone tablet to induce the periods.
These are to be taken twice a day for 5 days.
Periods will occur within 3-7 days of stopping the medicine.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
