Brief Answer:
With protected sex warts, HIV, Herpes are unlikely.

Hi,

Thanks for posting your query
When you had protected sex, warts are unlikely as well HIV and Herpes.
But warts can occur over the condom uncovered area (pubic, scrotal and thigh). Similarly incubation period for genital warts is more than 2 months. So a previous unprotected sex could be responsible for warts. Blister following warts treatment will heal with antibiotics or spontaneously. Not to worry. If anybody have sex in the presence of a blister the chances of HIV transmission would be more. Without sex during this period HIV transmission is not a possibility.

Hi,
Welcome back.
If you had sex in the presence of a blister or wart, an increase in the HIV risk can not be ruled out, and if the partner has HIV infection.
Ruling out HIV infection with appropriate testing is mandatory.

Brief Answer:
Then the HIV risk is negigible
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Blister over pubic area has a very low risk. When you had protected sex, HIV risk is almost nil. Ruling out HIV with test will relive unnecessary mental tension.
