How Long Does Glandular Fever Contagious?

Hi, I was diagnosed with glandular fever a week ago. I started with symptoms 2 weeks before that, so this is my third week really of being ill. However, I m starting to feel much better, the sore throat has gone, the main lingering symptom is fatigue and my liver function test are still elevated. My boyfriend is coming to see me next week, I last saw him a week before I started with symptoms. My question is if I kiss him he ll obviously be exposed to the virus but the incubation period for glandular fever is several weeks. Would I have been infectious during the incubation period i.e he will already have been exposed?
