Can STD Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sex?

default
Posted on Tue, 25 Oct 2016
Question: Hi I had the following exposures.

1.) Received unprotected handjobs many times from massage parlors from girls of unknown status.
2.)Received lap dances from 2 girls in strip club around 30 days ago. The girls were nude .(only g-string bikini.)But I am having pant and I am not wearing any underwear. My pant zip and button were off and my penis was still inside when they were giving lap dance.I haven't inserted penis into Vagina .I haven't ejaculated as well. And the penis tip was inside the pant during the act.

what I never had was:--

1.) No Anal Sex
2.) No Vaginal Sex
3.) No Oral Sex
4.) No Deep Kissing.
5.) No nude genital to genital rubbing (The only incident I came into contact with girl's genitals is during that lap dance. I am having pant. But as the zip and pant button were off there might be some direct contact with girl's butt area and my groin area.

Am I risk at any STD's from the above exposures.
I developed some kind of rash or infection near my groin area.I am attaching the pics. Can you please tell me if this is related to any STD.

Brief Answer:
No STDs. Rash related to fun's infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the possibility of STDs after various incidences and specifically for the condition at groin area.

After diligently examining all the pictures let me reassure you first that there is no direct possibility of any Sexually transmitted infection after any of the incidences described above.

For any Sexually transmitted infection to spread it requires exchange of blood or body fluids such as vaginal or related fluids and to enter into the skin or mucosal surfaces. In your case there had not been any such event. So you should relax for the same.

The rash at groin area is related to fungal infection. This is due to heat and humidity along with hygiene factors.

I suggest you to wear cotton clothes and cotton undergarments to be changed twice a day. Take daily bath and use two towels to mop the body. Avoid heat and humidity or continuous sitting. Do t try to scratch the area as can lead to further spreading of the condition.

In my patients I suggest them to apply a plane antifungal cream such as Sertaconazole or Clotrimazole once at night time. You can take a proper antifungal treatment prescribed by your doctor.

I hope this helps.
