Can STD Be Contracted Through Non Penetrative Sexual Activity?

Question: Hello doctor

From 2 months am getting abdominal pain back pain , indigestion and sometimes giddiness. And also tingling in hand and feet.
Consulted physician. Tested for vitamin b12 it is less.
4 months back visited massage parlour for body massage. At the end girl did Handjob till I ejaculate. Can I get std by this. Tested for HIV hepatitis b and vdrl after 4 months and did urine culture got normal.

And also get pain in pennis . Recently disgnosed vericose veins on left testicles. Is IR related to this. Confused plz help me

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had history of sexual encounter with a girl in massage parlor involving masturbation by her and no intra vaginal sexual intercourse and have some varied symptoms .

At the outset I would state that one acquires STD only through intra vaginal sex and never by mere masturbation or handling penis with hand .

All the symptoms that yo have are due to anxiety .

Sir after 4 months I did HIV test. Came negative. How much accurate it is. It is ELISA test
