Can STD Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?

Question: I had a brief unprotected oral encounter. It lasted 30-60 seconds and I did not ejaculate in her mouth, but her chest. I have a tingling sensation at the tip of my penis (almost inside) and it started an hour or two after the encounter. I am curious as to the chances of catching any STD.

Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV/STD.
STD would not manifest within two hours after exposure. Sensation might be due anxiety or due to invisible minute abrasions. Wait for a week. If it persists after a week the consult your physician. Consume adequate water and keep clean your genitals with plain water frequently.

Thank you. I'd like to add that I did nothibg else with this girl. She assured me that she gets checked regularly and I have no reason to doubt her. I've had this feeling before and it's never been an std prior but it still freaks me out.

So only having oral performed on me for such a short time truly carries little risk for stds?

Once again I assure you oral sex carries a very less risk when compared to anal and vaginal sex.
your feeling of tingling sensation could not be due to any obvious reason other than your anxiety.

Regarding her statement of regular testing can not be reliable 100%. STDs are more than 25 in number. All the STDs can not be ruled out by blood and urine tests alone. Possibility of widow period is there. The date of her last check has also importance in assessing her STD/HIV status.
