Brief Answer:
Genital herpes can give such symtoms in some.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Genital herpes can give such symptoms in some. But usually they will have a history of clinical infection.
You can go for herpes 1 and 2 immunoglobulin (igG and igM) test to rule out this. This test also won't be highly accurate. So you can do it twice with a two week interval. If that is clear then you don't need to worry. in that case it can be psychological or due to vitamin B12 deficiency. You can take B12 supplements to correct it.
If it is positive then antiviral drug therapy with drugs like Valacyclovir will be helpful. This is given in dosage of 500 mg to 1 gram once daily. This is a prescription drug and you can approach your General practitioner for this if the test is positive. You can also use acyclovir cream for local application.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Another thing is I'm currently excessively overweight 380lb. In addition, from time to time I feel like some want to come out of my penis but I check sometimes it feel wet other time it nothing there. I'm not sure what to make of it at all. Personally, everything is driving me crazy and I'm losing it. One time I have unprotected sex and my life was never the same again. Doc next time I'll write to you is after I see my primary doctor.

Brief Answer:
Mostly anxiety can be your Problem.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

Mostly anxiety can be your problem. You can undergo herpes test as I mentioned before for gaining confidence. Forget about the incident (unprotected sex) and go on with life. You can go for a counselling with psychologist if you cant control this.
Over weight can give excess sweat on genital area and recurrent fungal infection. Get proper exercise daily. Taking vitamin C 75 to 100 mg daily is good also. You can also apply antifungal ointments like miconazole on genital area.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
