Can STD Be Transmitted Through Touching The Genitals?

Question: Hello Dr. HUDDA, THANKS FOR YOU RESPONCE TO MY LAST QUESTION. i have another question. Today morning I touched one stranger's pennis. I didn't masturbate him just touched and slided his foreskin. After that I cleaned my hand with soap. No other thing I did, even he didn't touch anything. Is there any chance of getting STD with thus event? Please

Thanks for your answer sir.... my finger got burnt three days ago made a white patch also my skin is peeling off due to winter. But, I dnt have any wonds on my hand. Is there anything to worry? Or get tested?

Thank you for the explanation.. I was worried because I slided his foreskin with my finger which I burnt accidentally two days back (having burnt white patch) also has winter-skin peel off.
