Can STI Be Contracted Through Unprotected Oral Sex?
Question: Hey doc i made a terrible mistake and had protected sex with a sex worker and unprotected oral I noticed a dark bump on my penis(single)scared its warts
This is what it looks like now some of it has been removed .. It was darker in colour and this part was protected by condom

This could be a very small wart, but you really need to get an exam and some testing done by a doctor as soon as possible.
Any time you have sex with a sex worker you are at some risk for sexually transmitted infections, even if you use protection.
Please see a doctor and have an exam and full STI testing to make sure that you are safe.
In any case, if you do have sex with a sex worker, always use protection even with oral encounters.

Yes i am waiting for results as we speak should have them sometime next week but doc is unaware of his possible issue ... Is it likely this came from oral.. Or intercouse even tho the condom was on? We barely had skin to skin contact she had no visible warts or skin inssure .. Is it likely that even with a condom on that area can be effected??? ... The appearance of it looks alot different than any pics ive seen of warts

Yes You can get warts from oral contact. Some infections like herpes can pass through condoms but if this is not painful it is not likely herpes.
Herpes is usually a blister or blisters and very painful. If it is a wart it is very tiny.
There is another infection called Molluscum Contagiosum that can be transmitted sexually and could also occur from oral contact.
It can look a bit like what you show in the picture. It is not serious and the lesions can be frozen like warts to get rid of them.
This is also possibly not related to the sexual contact and just a small irritated skin lesion that will clear up on its own.
When you get your results make sure to show the doctor this and let the see if they need to do some testing on it.
