Can STIs Or HIV Be Spread Via Minor Cuts Near The Anus?

Question: Can some trimmer machine cut near my anus (1.0-2.5 cm away from anus) on line of anus-testacles can cause of STI or HIV or any disease?

Let me assure you that a cut (laceration) from a trimmer machine would not give you STI or HIV (assuming that it is not drenched in fresh body fluids of some other individual). However, if you are unimmunized you could still get tetanus from it.
