Question: I take tamsulosin 0.4 mg and Finasteride 5mg everyday. Do they go together?

Hello,

don't worry! They can be used together, this is a fairly common combination. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker which helps the muscles around the urethra (prostate and bladder neck) to relax, so that they won't contribute to urine retention and finasteride causes atrophy of the prostate (prevents it from getting larger and larger).

Regarding the adrenal mass... Adrenal masses are very common. Monitoring is the recommended course of action when the mass is not hormonally active or malignant. Hormonal testing will exclude hormonal activity and radiological tests will detect malignant tumors. If there's still doubt a fine needle aspiration (CT-guided) may provide additional help.
